In May 2024, Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture Ltd. was awarded the title of "A-level taxpayer for tax credit in 2023".
How many tax credit levels are there?
The title of tax credit rating is evaluated by the National Taxation Bureau in order to further standardize tax credit management, promote taxpayer integrity and self-discipline, improve tax compliance, and promote the construction of the social credit system. At present, it is divided into five levels: A, B, M, C, and D. The comprehensive score of annual tax credit evaluation indicators for A-level taxpayers is above 90 points.
Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture Ltd. (referred to as Ocean) was established in Hong Kong in 1997. The research and development center is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, and the production base is located in Luoding, Guangdong Province. The factory covers an area of 55000 square meters and has more than 500 employees.

Ocean owns the "Skeleton Clip" brand, and Skeleton Clip products mainly include innovative products such as home storage, office supplies, desktop products, student stationery, and office stationery. Currently, it has obtained more than 40 patents.
Main Business
Ocean eight main businesses are hardware stamping parts, precision springs, CNC machining parts, aluminum product manufacturing, shaft production, mop rods, bathroom accessories, and mold design and manufacturing.
Production Equipment
Ocean has professional spring and hardware spring stamping and testing equipment. Currently, there are more than 300 spring production equipment, more than 100 stamping equipment, more than 50 machining equipment, as well as various precision testing equipment and mold processing equipment.

Development History
In 1997, Ocean Springs Metal Manufacture Ltd. was established in Hong Kong. In the same year, we invested in building a factory in Dongguan, Guangdong.
In 2011, two production bases were established, namely a hardware factory and a spring factory.
Established a US subsidiary (Nventv.LLC) in 2012.
In 2015, the CNC machining department was established.
Established in 2018, Luoding Haitong Metal Surface Treatment Co., Ltd.
In 2021, the production base of Guangdong Haitai Metal Products Co., Ltd. was officially put into use.
In 2022, a technology research and development center (Dongguan Changping Haitian Hardware Spring Co., Ltd.) was established.
